I first discovered my love of baking when I was in high school and wanted to procrastinate from homework. I called it “procrasti-baking”. More than 5 years later and I no longer use baking as an excuse to slack off, and have discovered that I’m actually quite good at it! I love to combine interesting flavours and particularly love marrying combinations of sweet and savoury in order to expose people to flavour combinations they may never have thought of.
