My name is Emily Holmes and I went plant based in November is 2014. I have had a love of baking for most of my life, including helping my mum bake for her catering gigs in high school. When I went plant based, I was already living in the city and was quick to discover many delicious treats all over the place! I have also just recently completed an online plant based cooking course called Essential Vegan Desserts run through Rouxbe Cooking School. Needless to say, desserts are a huge part of my life!
